No, personalization items and product in sales is not able to return and refund. If you are not sure about the items, you can contact us before placing the order.
Yes, Simply take the item and your return confirmation to a store within 14 days, and they’ll issue the refund to your original payment method.
Sorry, our returns policy only cover the order made online. If you were purchased at our store directly, you can only exchange items with 14 days from your purchase date. Refund is not eligible for order made at store.
Yes, the return shipping isn't covered. You can pay for the return shipping directly to the shipping provider.
Terms & Conditions
- You have 14 days from when you receive your item to apply for for a refund and return it within 14 days after received the return confirmation.
- Refunds will be made onto your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Some banks may take up to 30 days to process the credit to your account
- We don’t accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us
- Items must be brand new.
- Items must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached.
- Items with security label attached, must be inactived and not scratched
- Personalization items are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Cannot be sale items.
