Traditional Japanese dyeing
Indigo dyed ancient cloth can be traced back to the Meiji era in Japan at the end of the 18th century. It combines the traditional Japanese dyeing technique Katazome with ragged Boro. It is made by hand from cotton to weaving, printing and dyeing, and joining.
